Let me sketch my situation. My take on Reddit as it has developed over four years.

I have only this one account and I am using it for maybe 30 different subreddits, ranging from audio porn, incest porn, rape porn, fake snuff, bdsm advice, heels, music production, music software, music theory, a disease, politics and spirituality. Phew. I also posted a few photographs without having joined other subs.

I started off on GWA and I just couldn't stop. Also, I was too lazy to work with so many accounts. And, well, this is me. Pretty much my personality, so why would I want to hide something?

Anyway, enough. I am curious how you guys go about it. One account? Keep SFW separate? Have you been asked from another sub, what's GWA?
Or how is it to deal with multiple accounts?
I mean, nothing ever happened to me but sometimes I do wonder, if the guys from the spirituality sub look up my history and see all the porn... What will they think? Will they wonder.
