My first time answering a questionnaire is the one /u/soulpathologist just posted. Seemed easiest that way :P
Now, I've recorded some odd stuff for GWA. I've made out with myself, tentacles have come out of my computer, I've been several types of furries... But the most awkward I've felt by far was answering question 4. I wonder what that says about me... It probably says a lot more about the wonderful scripts.
Edit: This is what happens when you do things off the cuff... For stress I also use ASMR. Much of it is... not great, but there are some videos that really work for me.
