Performers, how do you like scripts to be formatted? And in general, how can script writers make things easier for you?
Post Body

Do you like scripts to be double spaced? Do you like shorter paragraphs or longer? Do you like to know everything that's going on in the scene or just the stuff that requires you to make noise? I would like to know every little thing that that helps you out.

Comments

For a pause I'd either like (pause) or just an enter.

Because you'll naturally pause on a white line. Making it intuitive and simple (saves editting).

Also just somehow outlining background noises and such is very useful.

I do dislike when which emotion should be on display is mentioned. Because I always need to pause to read and then properly adjust while I normally do it quite fluently with the guidelines. Again just extra work for both parties involved.
