Beware the Ides of March... just kidding, embrace them if you're a student because that means spring break is soon, and some you might be on vacation right now! My kitchen actually has a super cool portal to Cancun, Mexico so it's Taco Tuesday tonight... erm, on a Thursday!

Pick any combination that suits your palate! I'm certainly not going to tell you how to enjoy your tacos, and the Thirsty Thursday larder has everything you want! Magic.

Want tequila-lime marinated skirt steak with sauteed onions and peppers, cojita, and salsa verde? Done.

Crispy mahi-mahi with pickled cabbage, pineapple salsa, and crema? You got it.

Chicken adobo with diced tomato, cilantro, and jalapenos? We're on it.

Carnitas with diced onion, guacamole and extra limes? ...haven't you had enough tacos by now? What a silly question; of course you haven't.~
