Bamba’s Bar Bite

Vegatable pakora!

This week, we head to India for some delicious savory fritters. They're certainly my favorite part of going out for Indian food!

Red onion slices, cauliflower florets, potato, spinach, paneer cheese, and red chili for a little extra heat, all tossed together and dipped in a garbanzo flour batter spiced with turmeric, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, ginger, garlic, and garam masala. Served with a creamy cucumber-mint raita and tangy tamarind chutney.

Mango Apricot Swizzle

• Lime juice

• Crushed ice
