I cannot tell a lie. This playlist is ALLLLLL FOR ME. I was feeling nostalgic last week and started googling Remixes and fell into a Rabbithole of my partying years...years many of you were in either in school or in utero. R&B and HipHop joined forces and changed the way everything in this country sounded forever. I lived and loved every second of it. Maybe you will find something that appeals to you.

I am ecstatic to welcome the Goddess of Tuesday, [The Notorious GLB](u/growlylittlebitch) to ReVEALEDCacciatore as our Sexy Shenanigans House DJ. She got the Skills to give all y’all thrills and chills. Show her some love and make some requests. Bamba’s Bar Bite

Dim sum!

This week, we've got a veritable feast of Chinese nibbles that should have something for everyone! ...and I hope they're as authentic as possible and not Americanized garbage! :D

• Shumai: a steamed dumpling filled with ground pork, shrimp and mushroom flavored with ginger, spring onion, and garlic

• Xiao long bao: like wonton soup, but inside out! A larger dumpling filled with a meat broth, pork, minced crab meat and fish roe

• Lo mai go: glutinous rice seasoned with soy sauce, wrapped around a filling of chicken, shiitake mushrooms, spring onion, and garlic, enveloped in lotus leaves and steamed.

• Hong Kong egg tarts: a creamy filling flavored with honey and ginger, nestled in a hot and flaky pastry straight out of the oven.

• Jian dui: glutinous rice dough rolled in sesame seeds, filled with a sweet black bean paste and fried.

• Sweet potato mantou: a sweet bread dough wrapped around a purple sweet potato dough, then steamed.
