Hi all /u/Literary_hotness here!. This will be the first of our series of 70s playlists that will be put out every couple of months. I am still on the hunt for ladies to fill my ladies night spots for November and December if you are interested please send me a PM and I will slot you for those months or further into the new year depending on how much interest I get.

Bamba’s Bar Bite

Calamari!

Can't believe it took this long to get a "normal" bar bite in the spotlight, but tonight's bar bite is found on appetizer menus all over the place, and for good reason! These tender rings and tentacles of squid are tossed in a beer batter flavored with garlic powder, lemon zest, oregano and paprika before being fried until irresistibly crunchy. Nothing worse than soggy, chewy squid if you ask me. Served with lemon wedges and a marinara sauce pumped up with marjoram, capers and balsamic vinegar.~
