NEW MODS NEEDED

Here is what we are looking for:

At LEAST one more moderator, with one or more of the following qualifications:

• Use Reddit on a daily basis This is required

• Actively contributes to the Backstage community This is also required. We need someone who understands what we are about

• Have prior moderator experience

• Organized

• Willing to work in a team environment, but also be able to take individual actions when needed

• We are looking for someone who is either up overnight or in the Europe/Asia time zones to assist with overnight emergencies, but we will take applications from anyone

• Either be on Discord or be willing to download and use it for team chat

The person we are looking for will be responsible for some of the following:

• Removing spam comments and banning spam accounts
• Responding to reports and forwarding to the mod team for discussion
• Locking/removing posts
• Responding to modmail
• Participating in mod discussion in the Discord mod chat

Qualities we are looking for:

• Ability to be unbiased
• Ability to respond with kindness
• Willingness to ask for help and advice
• Passion for the Backstage and Erotic Audio Community
