Bamba’s Bite of the Week

Watermelon-feta canapés

We're keeping it simple this week as we celebrate summer! This bar bite consists of crisp and juicy watermelon paired with tangy, creamy cubes of Greek feta cheese skewered together onto a cocktail stick. In between the fruit and cheese is a freshly spanked mint leaf (kinkyyy), before the canapé is drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction. It may sound like an odd combination (and it is), but trust me, it's a classic!
