Hi ! Today I wanted to go take a look at [M4F] requests on GWA and I must say, there seems to be an imbalance between female voiced requests and male voiced ones. I'm just saying, and I'd like your input/feedback on that, regardless of your gender : I, as a performer, love requests. There are many private requests made, I guess, but sometimes you're in a request-filling mood, you don't know who to ask, and pardon my frank opinion, but the reddit search engine is so fucking annoying to work with.

They allow for the purest form of collaboration : You have the basic idea and I make everything in my power to be true to it, but with my own personality and sensibility.

It's a way of producing audios that is a lot like good sex : surprising and satisfying at the same time, for both voicer and listener (I've had a request filled recently, it was the most amazing feeling). They also help me understand what kind of fantasies go through the mind of women (yeah, I know, those are social constructs and you can basically find any kind of people with any kind of fantasies, but there are tendencies. I noticed a wide want for more "sweet and rough" audios, for example), and that's a fantastical inspiration source for a quick and dirty improv.

There is a lot of F4M requests, and that's awesome ! But I wonder why there's so few M4F ones Edit : yes, there is way more men than women here, thanks u/The_Coolidge_Effect for the reminder ! I didn't take that into account enough. I still want to make that plea :D

This post is not here for me personnaly to ask for requests. It's just to start a discussion, where I'm 50% sure I'm wrong already ;)

(I committed hetero-centrism but I guess the same is true for M4M, F4F and transidentity-related requests)

I think many male performers would agree with me and we would all benefit, performers and listeners, if more of you ladies would tell us exactly what you want. And if you have an old unfilled request, maybe the comments on this thread would be a good place to remind us of it, I don't know, your call.
