[Discussion] What makes you ghost someone?

Post Body

So, I have been ghosted.. again. I just learned that term actually. The term "ghosting" (sometimes known as the "slow fade") refers to the anecdotally pervasive act where one person ends a relationship by simply disappearing. It seems to happen a lot in the online world, but I was actually ghosted by a former something or another. We never defined the relationship. We were friends, but had sex, and at one point he told me I was his soulmate. I just don't like that people don't have the guts to say to you, hey, I don't want to talk to you anymore. Please tell me I am not the only one that this has happened to. I have been ghosted before on GWA, by former friends and by people I was in a relationship with. Which is fun for the person I am currently in a DD/lg relationship with. I made him promise to not ever ghost me.. ever.
