Styled on the MTV Unplugged performance, this version of the song flips the energetic, feel-good vibes of the original 80's classic, and makes it equally as beautiful and melancholy. In terms of the "try new things" subtext of this month's challenge, either version would be a challenge for me to sing, due to all the high notes, but this one is my current ear worm, so that's the one I've decided to share with you. Hope you enjoy it.
