I have a pulsing buzzing/distortion sound coming from my 3Dio FS XLR

I recently got myself a 3Dio FS XLR but notice that there is a constant pulsing buzzing/distortion sound whenever I record. It's especially apparent when the ambient noise is removed. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Tools: 3DIO FS XLR (Using 9V Battery Power) Microphone and Audio Splitter Wires are brand new from 3dio, Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen, Adobe Audition (Denoise only) , recorded in BandCamp in the Ipad Pro 2020
