Help for the spaceship parts?

So, I went and talked to the Omega guy, but that was a while ago and I don't have him as a contact or anything, and it won't let me replay the strangers and freaks mission for him. That being said, is it still possible to get the parts? I have a map telling where they all are, but when I go there I see nothing. Was this something you could only do right after you talked to Omega? Any help is much appreciated.
