I don't remember if I ever beat Paramedic 12 in the last 20 years but I certainly remember trying. I may have gotten it in Vice City or San Andreas. Anyway, I'm being smart and trying to do it in Portland before ticking off any gangs. It's kicking my ass though and I'm on day 3 of failure. My next/final Luigi mission is "The Fuzz Ball" and I can't remember which mission starts the havoc with the gangs. I haven't done anything for Joey yet and don't want to until after Luigi.

Please post your tips and good vibes for me and everyone else to successfully crack it. I've watched a few GTAIII DE videos posted on YouTube of people beating this but I suck in comparison. I have picked up a few tips, like:

- As soon as a victim touches the door, you can take off immediately.
- HANDBRAKE FTW
- Memorize shortcuts/cut-acrosses

The increased traffic and nighttime rain make this a pain, especially at intersections or pulling out of the hospital.

But I'd be grateful if anyone can add any more tips/pointers. I'm also not above "cheesing" methods LOL so if any get discovered, post them or message me.

I really want to move on with the game and it's killing me :'(
