Could R* use GTA Online as a platform to reveal GTA VI with a live in-game event?

We've seen Fortnite utilise this pretty well over the past few years with their live in-game events. I wonder if R* will take a leaf out of Epics book and do something similar in GTA Online to reveal the next GTA? If this were to happen, what do you think would be a cool idea for a reveal event?
