Do you think Las Venturas a good setting for Gta 6? Why or why not?

I hope Gta 6 takes place in Las Venturas because I think Las Vegas will be a fun city to parody and it could include several casino heists similar to the movie "Ocean's Eleven." It was a great city to explore in Gta San Andreas and I'm sure an updated and expanded, next-gen version of it will be amazing.
