How could rockstar improve their mission system?

Rockstars missions have pretty much stayed the same and I’m curious your thoughts on if they should change it up in GTA6 or keep it the same.
I’m on the fence. Their current mission system isn’t broken by any means but I know some people are getting bored of the same style for the past 25 years.
What do you think and how do you think it could be improved?
