I'm playing a modded GTA3 on my steam deck and I have the silent patch and Framerate Vigilante installed. When Framme Limiter is turned ON, the M16 fires all bullets in the magazine in about 3 seconds. However, with Frame Limiter OFF the gun shoots slower and take about 4 seconds to empty the magazine.
Anyone able to chime in to tell me how it should be? It seems this guns rate of fire has always been in question.
