Demand to update / replicate Smooth Throttle mod by Kryo4lex

Hey there, discovered this mod and later came to know it doesn't work. After investigating later figure out its outdated/dead. I wanted to combine a "better traffic laws" mod with cool cars for late-night rides.
I need someone to make that script mod for me or for everyone if thats possible !
