Anniversary Edition: Best place to preorder?

Where is best to preorder the anniversary to get all of the anniversary edition cars? (I'm in the UK btw). GTPlanet suggests there are 25 such cars, whilst different preorder places state a different amount each..
Game suggests it comes with 5, Gamestop suggests 20, and Amazon lists 10. Is there another place to preorder in the UK that has all 25, or is 20 the best I can do? (Unfortunately none of these have the Audi R18 one either).
