i’m so scared that nicks gonna run out of avenues for appeal - his lawyers need to go over the forensic scientific evidence, that the stabs nick did, seem to clearly have been done post mortem. the lack of blood from the wounds he inflicted is clearly evident of them being done after she was gone. her being already face down and that’s where the blood was - from the brutal attack on her face - with gypsy’s bruised wrists ??? blood happens when she’s alive. dd seems to have been gone or almost gone by the time nick got there. by a day or estimated - which shows on her date of death - a day before nick got there. science just doesn’t lie. i’m so worried that his lawyers aren’t making a huge case for retrial based on the forensics that weren’t properly examined at all, with dates, forensics and science, text messages being truly evident that nicks injuries to DD seem to have been done when she was already gone. texts show gypsy made peace with DD the night before nick got there. to me that says she had done something to DD by then - perhaps with dan? this dan is such a mystery character to me. but the forensics was not nearly as elaborated on in nicks trial to show that nick was manipulated and framed - he did do something horrendous. but there’s more to it than that, and justice needs to be served via the truth. i really hope his lawyers are on this sub. i’m so curious as to DD’s autopsy, bc it really seems like Gypsy was the one abusing DD in the end, and i’m very curious as to if DD was given an overdose before her even more brutal redrum. i so truly wish nick would break free from gypsy’s spell, and tell the court the secret he has vowed to take to his grave. he’s covering for gypsy as he’s still under her spell.

from what i read apparently not :/ cause she can’t be retrialed for the same crime, she can only be sent back to finish her original sentence which is for like one more year i think :/ allegedly
