I heard someone comparing GPT-4 to a Junior Level Worker (at any area). So I was wondering: What about a whole team of GPT-4? We could get one instance an give it instructions to be the "manager" and a couple other instances to be "junior developers" (for example). You ask the manager for a task, he distribute the tasks to the developers and consolidate the results.

Would a concept like this work? I think I will try something similar on Chat GPT with multiple conversations

Opened 5 tabs of ChatGPT and gave them assignments: a manager, a backend dev, a front end dev, a DB dev and an architect. I explained the project to the manager, that created an email for the architect (who chose all the tech stack, languages, db options and etc), who sent instructions to a DB dev (creating tables and everything), and so on. It is working pretty well if you know how to manage all of them
