Is anyone else having issues saving/updating/publishing GPT?

I've been dealing with this for the last 10 hours. I can't make any saves or edits to my GPT. It's incredibly frustrating. Is anyone else having this issue?

Seems like there is an issue with my Action/API. I deleted it and I can now save
