Jerking off alternative

I love to goon for hours on a daily basis but I have noticed that my shoulder and arm hurt from all the jerking off. I’ve tried with my other hand but it’s not the same. Any of you gooners deal with arm pain? If so, what is your solution? I got a Fleshlight but it takes me a lot longer to be able to edge with the Fleshlight than with my hand. I don’t want to stop gooning... but fuck.... this is annoying.
