Hi y’all, to summarize I’m trying to break my lease with Gainesville Place (subletting won’t work out bc of the situation):

•almost got assaulted by a roommate first semester (she’s gone) •have had fleas due to a tenant that GP moved in extremely last minute with an unregistered dog and the fleas have continued to come back since May last year

I asked to break my lease and they’re being hard headed about it. I know Florida tenant laws are wack but is there any way I can break it?? Thanks yall :’)
