Invites from Google Cal showing up (as duplicates) on my work calendar (outlook). How to fix?

Hi - when someone sends me a Google cal invite, and I accept (or not even) it shows up on my Outlook for my job as a work invite, in addition to being shown as a personal Google Cal invite. So it is showing duplicated, but the issue is that some of these invites are for interviews with other companies, which is really not what I want showing up there. I checked and Google Cal isn't exporting anywhere, I have no idea how to fix this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
