Just yesterday I changed my password to my main gmail account, but im prompted to verify my account. Gmail asks me to verify using a phone number I no longer use. I do have a recovery email associated with it but there's no other option to verify other than that phone number. There is the recovery option but its says it needs 2 days to verify. I chose that option and it brings me to a dead end saying they couldn't verify my account and that I need to answer more questions and try again. I also have the option to get verification codes sent to my gmail, but how am I supposed to use them when I cant get in? Do I wait the 2 days and try again, can I use my recovery email and access it or have I lost all access to that account?
