Google wont give me my account back

after forgetting my password, ive tried to recover it, but google just wont send a security code to my backup email ( its hotmail ) and wont let me change it from the only open place i have it, which is on my phone, i give all the right answers to the phone numbers and the phone athentication and ive waited the 3 days for them to reply that it is not my account, what am i suppose to do now ? They dont even reply in their own forums and there is no direct way to contact any employee
