Account Recovery Issues

My recovery phone number is on a phone with a broken screen. It's being repaired, but in the meantime, I need to be able to access my Gmail account in order to log in to every other app that I use. It doesn't give me options to answer security questions, or the alternate email attached, and when I select the "try another way" option, the site just boots me back to the begjnning. What can I do to resolve this?
