How should I clean the throttle body by not moving the butterfly valve? A couple years ago before I learned I wasn't supposed to move it manually, I ended up doing that multiple times for a cleaning. I don't think it ruined the gears but I'm not taking that risk on this truck.
It's very dirty, and yesterday during idle the engine stalled. But it did start right back up. has a rough idle and almost sounds cammed.. I've already replaced plugs and wires a couple months ago. Other than the idle, it runs very good.
