Nv3500 swap advice needed

So I’ve got a 2004 Silverado 1500 5.3. Junk 4l60e is going to be replaced with a 2003 nv3500 from another Silverado. I seem to understand everything will work with a 4.8 flywheel and clutch, but what about my slave cylinder, does it need to modified at all to have the correct throw?
