Why exactly do you want to put it on a 3/4 or 1 ton frame?

Are you looking to convert it outright to a 3/4 ton? Cause if so, you need the heavier suspension, drivetrain, and to get it inspected and rerated. Rerating is expensive and time consuming. You really would be better off buying a separate 3/4 or 1 ton if thats your goal

If you just want a stiffer or more durable chassis, it will be more straightforward, but still youll probably need the transfer case, front suspension, and differential if your truck is 4x4.

Ok then. Well again. If you do that, youll still legally be driving a half ton truck, so dont go around dragging a gooseneck or youll probably get into some legal trouble.
