Okay so I’ve had a finicky AC / Heater Unit for about a year now. It would either get stuck on ac OR heat. I never really stressed about it much because it wasn’t a huge issue and it would usually right itself after a few days. Now it’s gotten worse. It’s currently stuck blowing max heat from ALL vents. (I live in the Southwest, if I don’t fix this I’ll die of heat stroke). The unit itself turns on and you can choose ac / heat / defrost and set the upper and lower vents just fine as well as choose low, mid and high. Regardless what’s chosen or if it’s ON/OFF it’s stuck on high heat to all vents.

I’m just trying to be thorough so sorry if I repeated myself.

Any help here? I haven’t browsed the subreddit yet for answers but Google searching doesn’t really seem to be giving me any useful info.

My mechanical skills are alright. I can usually fix MOST things especially if I can watch a YouTube video lol.
