Post Body

Tough losses for GME holders so far. GME is the first rodeo for a lot of new traders/investors, and I want to remind everyone that their personal value is not dictated by the dollar value on their screen, and that you are always more valueable.

Yep 🤷🏻‍♀️I lost ~1050. It was just fun money and not my rent or retirement fortunately. But I do feel bad because I’m not usually one to jump into get rich quick schemes and I never gamble. Reading WSB made it seem like such a sure thing (even though I went into it knowing I may lose everything). Just sad I didn’t get out earlier. Sunk cost fallacy.

You got problems beyond GME dude.

Same to my friends and parents. Dad is being smug ofc. :/

Yeah same. I didn’t have a huge expectation of making money on it, the “what if” was fun but I definitely got too caught up in it to recognize that I needed to sell earlier. I’m just gonna treat it as an education on the stock market and remember it for when I’m investing for real lol.
