If anyone says GameStop is not a long term investment, it’s FUD and you can’t change my mind

Post Body

I’m seeing BS posts praising news articles as if they’re “coming around”. They’re not and stop letting them play with your emotions. Almost every post and article I’ve seen has the same message somewhere in it: GameStop will go up in short term, but not a long term investment

I’ll spell my comment out from another post

GET THE F@$K OUT

An NFT platform that simply only allowed in-game item selling is insanely valuable. It establishes an entire marketplace that isn’t even available today. (Don’t get me started on the sites available or eBay, scam city).

Think about it like this, I explained it to my friends 10 year old and he got it. Pick your most recent favorite game you played. You play it all the time, but this was also the case with another game you had previously and it was replaced by your new favorite. That old game seems worthless and digital downloads have made that worse. You spent $60 on that game and now you can trade it in for a fraction. The story just repeats and that is basically the SHF 🌈🧸 thesis.

But enter this new NFT platform that provides a secure way to transfer unique game items. All the time you spent on that previous game can incrementally be sold based on what you got in the game. People pay to jump ahead all the time, why can’t they pay you for that time and whoever created the platform gets a slice (Power to the players).

This literally eliminates the discrimination against kids having jobs. I got my first job as a tutor at 13 with my middle school. Nice $30 bi-weekly pay check after taxes. F that. This new platform gives an 8-year old a chance to actually make money with the creative stuff they do in game. Amazing!!!

but wait, why would game producers want to integrate into a platform like this??

There are so many reasons but again, let’s get back to something the 10 year old understood. Remember fallout 76 release? So hotly anticipated with so many unique rare items to trade. Oh man, I’m gonna have so much fun! And then the item copy glitch happened and literally destroyed whatever chance the game had left. It was abandoned by tons of users and the game went on sale quickly after release. How much money did they lose because of that? I’ve bought every fallout game and decided against 76 because of that item glitch.

My BS post here also is so narrow in how many ideas/things that could come out of the NFT platform, but this should be obvious to every 🦍.

Maybes I’m just ranting, but I don’t want shills giving new apes this idea that there is nothing after MOASS.

♾🏊 because this NFT platform will continue to go up. It will only add market cap as new use cases are identified. Don’t be dumb. That is all.
