Best BMO account transfer method?

I’m trying to transfer my GME shares from Wealthsimple to BMO and there seems to be two options. One is to fill out a transfer form and email it to BMO (which was covered in a BMO DRS guide) and the other is to initiate the transfer directly through the BMO investor wedsite. I’m trying to DRS through BMO to avoid Wealthsimple’s DRS fee and I do not hold any other securities in my Wealthsimple account besides GME so I intend on transferring the entire account. Both my accounts on Wealthsimple and BMO are tfsa. Which transfer option is better?
