FUDelity's virtual assistant shutting down my attempt to DRS shares of GME by not understanding when I tap "yes" to proceed.
Understands "no" just just fine though.
I usually have to try different words to get it to work. "DRS" used to be sufficient. Then I had to type "start a DRS transfer." When that quit working a couple weeks ago, I went with "transfer to computershare." Yesterday that wouldn't work so I did "register" and now this is the new issue.
Guess I'll have to talk to a real person today.
