I have been preparing for the GMAT for the last few months and sit for the exam in a few weeks. Critical Reasoning has always been my stronger side, followed by Reading Comprehension and then Sentence Correction.
I have solved most of official questions on gmatclub and I usually get an accuracy around 80%, 70%, and 55% respectively on CR, RC, and SC respectively on 700 level questions
Now, i always feel rushed during a timed environment and tend to make mistakes on CR and RC which i would'nt have done if i had ample time. However, this is not the case with SC, since some of questions i wouldn't be able to solve with 100% confidence even if i spend a whole day on it. I guess, that's what aptitude is for. But, i was wondering how can i play it to my strength? For example, if i spend an extra 20 seconds per each CR question to make sure i get it right, and compromise a little on the SC side of things, would it be suicidal?
In a hypothetical scenario, in the first 18 questions i get all the 12 CR and RC questions right and all the 6 SC questions wrong. On the other hand, in a parallel scenario, i get 4 question right from each segment in a similar sequence. What do you think my remaining exam experience would be like?
