GBL long-term effects? Have someone had their stomach kind of ruined because of it? I have been taking it twice a month for 10 months now (20 sessions in total, each session of 4-5 hours, taking 1.5 GBL every hour) and I have developed terrible reflux issues but not sure if it's related.
Post Body

What I have developed is some kind of extreme reflux that has brought me to emergency twice because my throat and heart hurt so much that I cannot even drink water without screaming from pain. A couple of times I've almost passed out from the pain (only by taking water, I cannot even eat).

These "reflux attacks" have been happening since 8 months ago, they last for 1 week, and then (after taking pills and only eating bread and water) they go away, to come back 3 months later. Weird thing is that they don't happen after I take G, they happen 2-3 weeks later, which is why I'm not sure if it's related to the G.

Furthermore, I'm not sure if it's the GBL because parallel to it: 1) I have also started to take some strong pills every night (they are pills to prevent catching HIV, therefore they are super strong for the stomach), and 2) I have also started to take strong iron supplements before breakfast on an empty stomach every day zinc.

I started to take all these things, along with the GBL, around 10 months ago, hence I'm not sure if it's the GBL, the pills at night, the minerals in the morning, or the combination of the 3. Thanks!
