Is this GERD/LPR? Can I be cured?

All of a sudden I seem to have developed some acid reflux problems. I never get heartburn but after I eat (no matter what) I burp 4-5 times after a meal. Sometimes those burps can be acidic-ish but not always. Other days I have a constant bad taste in my mouth. I've cut out all acid reflux triggers, and it seems to help a little but I still have these issues. I ate pizza and I ate chocolate which is suppose to be a trigger but nothing bad happened to me. I also have constant post-nasal drip and spitting out phlegm all the time. Sometimes I get the urge to cough randomly.

Does this sound like GERD/LPR to you? I eat a very healthy vegan diet and have been for 7 years no problem. I'm only 21 and although my problem is not severe for drugs I want this to go away so I can eat foods without anxiety. Please help.
