Vertigo?

Lately, every morning and throughout the day I feel so nauseous and dizzy and just out of it. I can't concentrate. My GERD has also gotten worse recently. Does anyone else experience vertigo with their acid reflux? How can I make it better? I'm so miserable at work and just want to lie down.
