I posted this on another place but wanted to share this here to, Our healthcare system here in the US sucks unless you have money… with that reason I’m having an endoscopy done on Monday in Mexico I booked on Thursday.. I did some research and found a doctor that I liked and has a great reputation. Do I encourage people to do what I’m doing I don’t know I guess it all up to what you feel is right… I’ve been dealing with shortness of breath for the last month and lost over 30 lbs. the doctors here in the states just keep telling me it’s gerd and to take PPI’s and change my diet. I have changed my diet and I am taking PPI’s and they are helping me BUT also I’m not one to wait months to a year for common procedure.. I had to stop working for about 2 weeks now because I would get so winded just walking. It has improved but still wake feeling like I can’t breath I want answers as to why this is happening to me. I get all these theories that it’s LPR or GERD or even bad post nasal drip that’s effecting me the only symptoms I’ve had was the shortness of breath and sometimes I feel water in the back of my throat the doctor said it was post nasal drip I’ve also mentions my throat feels sore and when they checked they said it looks fine…Whatever it is I hope I get some answers. If anyone else have gone to Mexico for this procedure let me know your experience.
