Anyone feeling fatigue after Omeprazole?

I took omeprazole daily for 2 months but feel so tired. I'm on semaglutide too. I just don't know if omeprazole could've taken nutrients from me as I read it can make one defficient if used for a long time. If anyone knows what can help let me know.
I also had the runs and I thought it was semaglutide doing it yet I stopped taking omeprazole over a week ago and the runs have stopped. Anyone else had that?
