I will never take that stuff again.

I started on it in February after seeing my GI for the first time. I had been taking Omeprazole but had some stomach issues caused by other health stuff so he switched me to protonix.

For a few months, it seemed like it may be working, and I even had a colonoscopy in mid-April which everything came back fine.

Over the last few weeks, it felt like my pain wasn’t improving and I was getting chest pains and crazy anxiety and I already take anxiety meds.

I was able to see a PA in his office on Wednesday and told her to switch me back and she didn’t even hesitate.

I’m slowly getting better each day since being switched and it’s been so good to feel somewhat normal again.

Protonix is the worst shit.
