I don’t know what to do anymore guys

My throat has been burning and I’ve been having horrible stomach aches for months so I eventually got an ent appointment and they were like, yeah it’s probably reflux

I got on omeprazole and it was amazing, I felt like I was saved, until the hunger kicked in

Insatiable hunger, I’ve gained about 5lbs in water weight in the last 2 weeks, probably 2 in normal pounds

Every single thing I eat makes my stomach hurt, I don’t know what to do anymore I’m scared of eating

Please help me
