I have this burning in my stomach for nearly 6 months and it is greatly affecting my throat. I constantly have phlegm in my throat and most of the time antacids do very little to help.

Initially, I was told I had H Pylori, however i took antibiotic and recently did a test and they said it was cleared.

I dont know if it is GERD or Gastritis or something worse.

I have spoken to my GP (NHS UK) and they just prescribed a different PPI every few months. They are really avoiding a camera test because my symptoms aren't serious enough. No lumps or vomiting.

I am 25M and really panicking if it is something more serious. I had such shitty health anxiety.

Does the burning ever stop for you? Does it get better ?
