Waking up every night feeling like my esophagus is clogged

Any else fave these symptoms? It feels as if my stomach is inside of my esophagus or it seems very small. I often feel as if food is just clogged there. Any way to help my LES become more responsive? Anyone else feel like there’s a “click” in there stomach too? Like I can hear my belly sometimes I don’t know what I’m feeling but I want to tacking the physical aspects of my GERD? Anyone face anything similar and what did you do??
