So, for various reasons, mostly being severely ill, I've lost some of my strength and put on a bit of weight. I'm looking for someone to help me improve myself again. The original idea being NSFW reward/encouragement for improvement, but to be fair, SFW is great too.
I like walking, lifting, swimming etc. (Though i do have other interests like reading, my dog, so on)
