Consider an alternate scenario? Her brother has a very large flaccid penis which looks even more ridiculous as he’s a skinny guy. He’s changed his swimwear outside on holiday before and that’s fine? Nobody cares… but if he’s even 10% erect or he’s a bit too liberal shaking it about, that’s inappropriate.

He walks about in boxers and that’s fine, nobody cares, we’ve all seen his bulge before. But if he experiments with a cock pump, even if he has a bulge the same size, thats weird.
